 Sam Hull is the co-founder of Whitewater Transitions, LLC, and is based in Arundel, Maine.. Sam is a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and a CFP licensee.
Sam was the founding Principal of Northstar Financial Planning, Inc. from 1994 until April 2008, when he sold his ownership in Northstar. Northstar provided financial life planning and wealth management services to high net worth clients. Northstar was regularly named by Bloomberg Wealth Manager Magazine as one of the 500 "Top Dogs" in its annual listing of leading wealth managers.
Sam was a speaker on business ownership transitions at the 2008 FPA National Conference and has had numerous articles on that subject published in the FPA Practice Management Solutions magazine. He was a presenter on the subject of business transitions for Investment News and the Financial Planning Association and is the "Ask the Expert" person for the FPA website on business transitions. He writes a monthly contribution for the FPA blog as well.

Andrea White is also the founding Principal of Financial Conversations®, a Business By Design, LLC company. The company was founded in 1996 and has provided coaching and coaching skills training for independent broker-dealers, financial advisors and their clients for over 13 years..
Andrea has earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute and the Master Certified Coach (MCC).designation from the International Coach Federation.

 Kathleen Burns Kingsbury is a key member of the Whitewater Transitions team of experienced coaches. Kathleen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Drawing on a decade of financial industry experience including working as a Commissioned FDIC Bank Examiner during the 1990's Savings and Loan Crisis, she has coached hundreds of financial advisors and professionals to be more emotionally and financially intelligent.
In 2006, she founded KBK Connections, Inc., a coaching and corporate training company that focuses on helping professional men and women "talk to their money" in order to attain true financial freedom.
